Before joining Goldstein Kelin LLC, Dinah was the Director of the Jersey City Division of Housing Preservation and was responsible for enforcement of the city ordinances regulating rent control, short-term rentals, and vacant, abandoned, and foreclosed properties. Prior to her work with Jersey City, Dinah was the Executive Director of a housing counseling and legal clinic, The Waterfront Project, serving low-income residents of Hudson County. Dinah started her career in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office where she was instrumental in initiating a specialized unit to prosecute child abuse and sexual assault cases. After leaving the Prosecutor’s Office, Dinah was in private practice as a litigator for 30 years, with a concentration on commercial and landlord/tenant litigation.

She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and was certified by the Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Seton Hall University School of Law as a divorce mediator. She has been adjunct faculty at Seton Hall University School of Law, Hofstra University Continuing Education, and Long Island University. Dinah has served on the New Jersey Bar Association Real Property Tax Subcommittee, the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts – NJ Chapter, the Essex County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee, and the Supreme Court Special Civil Part Practice Committee.
