Thomas Livecchi

Thomas J. Livecchi is an associate attorney with Goldstein Kelin LLC. Thomas’ practice focuses on landlord/tenant law and general litigation representing commercial and residential property owners, managers, and developers throughout New Jersey.

Before joining Goldstein Kelin LLC, Thomas was an assistant prosecutor with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office where he presented cases to Grand Juries, argued motions to detain defendants, and worked in the trial team and appeals units. He also gained experience working in civil forfeitures and reviewing expungement applications.

Thomas earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. Thomas was a senior editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and participated on the mock trial team. He was a legal intern for a voting and civil rights public interest organization, a local municipal public defender, and in the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office. He graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and has been a member of the New Jersey bar since 2021.
