Tracey Goldstein

Tracey Goldstein is a member of Goldstein Kelin LLC, where she represents multi-family apartment owners, property managers and developers in real estate-related litigation. Her areas of concentration include novel and complex landlord/tenant issues, housing discrimination cases, contract and real estate disputes, residential and commercial evictions and rent control issues.  She has been involved in several published decisions and also counsels the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) on emerging landlord-tenant issues and key legislation. 

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, Ms. Goldstein is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, and serves as the chairperson of the Special Civil Part Committee. She is also a member of the Essex and Hudson County Bar Associations and the Creditor’s Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors of NJAA and is a member of the Property Owners Association, the New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association, and the Essex and Hudson County Special Civil Part Court Officer Committees. She serves on the Supreme Court Civil Practice Committee (Landlord Tenant Subcommittee) and was selected to serve on the Judiciary Special Committee on Landlord Tenant established to reimagine all aspects of the landlord tenant process in New Jersey during COVID. 

Ms. Goldstein has lectured for New Jersey State Bar Association, Rutgers Law School, the Hudson County Bar Association, NJAA, the Property Owners Association and the New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association. She is a sought-after media resource and has garnered numerous business and industry honors. 

Ms. Goldstein received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and her law degree from Western New England University.
