The Firm’s attorneys represent owners, managers and developers of multi-family properties, commercial and industrial properties, warehouses, single-family homes and rooming houses in eviction actions throughout the State of New Jersey.
The Firm’s attorneys are knowledgeable of both federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances affecting the properties and laws relating to the eviction of tenants residing at properties funded through the Low Income Tax Credit Housing program, federally funded properties (ie: project-based Section 8 assistance, RAD, Section 202) and housing authorities. The Firm’s attorneys are intimately familiar with the federal laws and procedures relating to properties managed, controlled and/or operated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The Firm’s attorneys regularly present seminars sponsored by the New Jersey Bar Association and other professional organizations and regularly provides in-house training to clients to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information.
The Firm possesses a department that is staffed with full-time personnel devoted entirely to ensuring the timely filing, processing, and follow-up of eviction matters.
