Adrienne LePore, Esq. is an accomplished attorney at Goldstein Kelin LLC with a concentrated practice in landlord-tenant law, commercial litigation, commercial leases, and rent control matters. As an associate, she serves as the client liaison for the firm’s landlord tenant department, representing both commercial and residential landlords in complex landlord tenant matters throughout New Jersey.
Adrienne’s legal expertise is particularly strong in commercial litigation, as well as rent appeals before rent control boards. She frequently represents clients in the Superior Court, handling appeals of rent board decisions and challenges to rent control ordinances. Her significant experience in these areas makes her a trusted advisor in navigating the intricacies of rent control laws, including capital improvement applications and overcharge issues raised by rent control boards.
In addition to her practice, Adrienne has presented continuing education seminars about Landlord Tenant practice in the Special Civil Part. Adrienne is a graduate of Boston College and Seton Hall University School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey in 2000, and the New York Bar in 2001. Prior to joining the Firm, Adrienne clerked for the Honorable John A. O’Shaughnessy, J.S.C., Hudson County, Special Civil Part, Landlord Tenant Division.
