Aline Grossman is an associate with Goldstein Kelin LLC. She has expertise handling business transactions and related financing.   Her practice focuses on real estate transactions involving apartment complexes, industrial and warehouse facilities, office buildings, and retail shopping centers.   She has broad experience in structuring business entities, including limited liability companies and partnerships and provides counsel regarding issues related to regulatory compliance and risk management.

In 1995, Aline earned joint Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration degrees from Brooklyn Law School and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars.
