David’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. He represents clients in all types of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, exchange and financing of multi-family and other types of commercial properties. He has significant experience in dealing with traditional bank lenders, Agency lenders and CMBS lenders.
Before returning to the practice of law, David was the president of a family owned metals recycling business.
David graduated from Rutgers College and received a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International Affairs. Thereafter, he graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. David has been a member of the New Jersey bar since 1986.
