Micah C. Pakay is an associate attorney with Goldstein Kelin LLC. Micah’s practice focuses on landlord/tenant law, debt collection, hearing and appeals before municipal agencies, and general litigation representing both commercial and residential property owners, managers and developers throughout New Jersey.
Prior to joining Goldstein Kelin LLC, Micah gained extensive litigation experience practicing foreclosure, landlord/tenant, debt collection, and general civil litigation representing national lending institutions and their mortgage servicers in New Jersey Superior Court, General Equity, Civil, and Special Civil Parts and before the New Jersey Appellate Division.
Micah was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. While in law school, Micah competed on the Rutgers Moot Court Team and worked as a legal intern for the City of Elizabeth’s legal department. Micah has been a member of the New Jersey bar since 2014 and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
